Get your brain ready for the day with YOGA! Yoga for tweens/teenagers has become a very popular exercise, for great reason. Your child will learn balance, coordination, breathing, stress management and body awareness in a non-competitive, positive environment. During each yoga class, your tween/teenager will explore yoga postures in a fun and energizing way. Is your child competing in a sport? Yoga has been shown to reduce sport injuries!
Yoga helps children with: Concentration, Stress, Anger Management, ADHD, Body Awareness, Balance/Coordination, Flexibility, and Self Esteem.
Students can bring their own yoga mat, or order a mat through us. Color samples are shown in the attachment (Black, Blue, Chocolate, Olive Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Slate Blue, Light Blue, Burgundy, Light Lavender, Forest Green, Dark Teal Green, Light Purple). Mats are $16.95. Loaners will given for the first class if the mat order has not arrived.
